Andy Laughlin lives in College Station, Texas with his wife, Gina and son Tristin and daughter Andrea. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Physiology of Reproduction in the Animal Science Department at Texas A&M University. His upbringing revolved around sports and showing lambs in 4-H. After graduating from TAMU with an animal science degree he served as an assistant county agent in Val Verde County, Del Rio, Texas, where he met his wife. Andy then took a job as the assistant sheep and goat specialist under Frank Craddock in San Angelo, Texas. During his three years in San Angelo, he was fortunate enough to learn about the goat industry, judge several lamb and goat shows, and receive his Master's in Animal Science from Angelo State University. After graduation, he decided to further his education, and moved back to College Station where they have lived for three years.
